Today was the first time I have been to a D1 football game since my one game with the Kstate marching band.
My wife knows that I normally don't care for anything KU and when I told her I was goin to this game she couldn't believe me. We had good seats as far as location but they were on an aluminum bench squashed next to some very drunk, very loud die hard fans.
At least when you go to the K to watch the Royals, you can count on your seat having a back. I will make an 'old man' statement here: I want to kick back when watching the game. Dang, why can't they put in some actual seats? But, I probably won't ever go to another game. I just wanted to hang with my friends on a beautiful day just to say I have been there and done that.
