Update- Sabor, Wichita

The chicken paella:
It was ok. I can only assume that the chefs can do better. The over all flavor was vinegar. Which, to me, there was so much more potential, especially when in that bowl goodies is a quarter 'fire roasted' chicken, peas, broccoli, corn, and perfectly cooked long grain spanish rice. The broc was over cooked for sure. I was a little disappointed but I do plan to go back.

Here is why:
I ordered the flan for desert.
Thinking back I am not convinced that I have had flan before. I've of course heard of it and I know there is box of 'flan mix' in my cupboard at home. But I never had the guts or opportunity to eat this traditional desert. Despite the fact that I don't have experience for comparison, it was very good. The custard was thick and creamy. The caramel sauce on top was sweet but didn't over-power the custard. It was everything I had hoped it would be and I am pretty sure I wasn't the only one who thought so. My coworkers were very interested in trying a bite or two.

Sabor was good enough to try again. Perhaps dinner next time?
